By accessing or using Rust Insight ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Rust Insight is a companion application for the video game Rust, developed by Facepunch Studios. The Service provides features including but not limited to:

• Smart device control via the Rust+ protocol
• Real-time map viewing and marker tracking
• Team chat functionality
• Automation and notification features

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Rust+ Protocol Usage

Rust Insight uses the official Rust+ protocol provided by Facepunch Studios. You must have legitimate access to the Rust servers you connect to. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to access servers you are not authorized to access
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the Rust+ API
• Use the Service to harass, grief, or negatively impact other players
• Share your Rust+ credentials with unauthorized third parties

5. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

Rust is a trademark of Facepunch Studios. Rust Insight is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Facepunch Studios. All other trademarks, logos, and content on the Service are the property of their respective owners.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination
